Absolutely awful customer service. I tried calling to set up an appointment and the call got disconnected. I tried calling back from a house phone so I knew it would stay connected and they ignored the call, me thinking they probably had their hands full decided to try again to get in touch and I was greeted with a woman screaming at me saying "STOP JUST STOP STOP CALLING" then proceeded to hang up on me. I wouldn't want someone with this kind of attitude anywhere around my head. To the woman who answered the phone: I genuinely hope that you have a better day so you can calm down and see how you just lost a new would've-been regular.

I've been going to Amy at Trendz for 10 years now! If she ever stops doing hair, I would be in so much trouble, and go around looking like a troll. She's very experienced, and definitely knows what she's doing. She listens to what I want, and delivers every time. Her prices are fantastic too! Not to mention she's quite entertaining. Go to Trendz and get The Amy Experience! :)
