The nurses have all expressed concern and attended to my dad’s needs. Physical therapy is consistent and she does a great job of targeting exercises to his specific deficits. I have seen improvement since he began with Centerwell.

Ms. Ferrell is suppose to be getting the best possible home health care. From my observation of the nurses visits I don’t see where your service is providing a lot of help for her. While I was there all the nurse(s) did was ask her how she feels & took vitals. Now, I’m not fully aware of what all Kindred services offer but, Ms. Ferrell is not well. She forgets a lot & can’t remember things. On occasion she might know what’s going on & at times she can’t do anything for herself. When the nurse came Ms. Ferrell could not even get out of bed, nor set up to talk to the nurse.. someone is not doing their job very well. I understand you are there to help but, when she stays in the hospital more than being at home with health care. I just feel like more should be done to help.Best Regards,

My mom had covid and once it was over, she had to build up her strength. The PT was awesome. Got her back up. The social worker was an angel. The nurse that would come and check in on her was great. Thank You!!!!!

They took care of my grandmother for 2 1/2 years. They always gave her the best care and was always available to her when we had questions. Everyone was super nice and never gave us any problems. I highly recommend them.

That have been taking care of my bed fast mother . Have not been out in 10 days to bathe her . Not happy with the care or PT therapy . Wouldn’t recommend for your loved mom is 94 and needs care .
