As a very anxious dog mom, they never once made me feel like I was too much and were very compassionate during our time there. Dr. Spaid is a very knowledgeable and dedicated vet. I felt that he was honest, reassuring and very passionate about what he does. He also has a great staff who I felt went above and beyond for Buster and I. Lori was extremely kind, supportive, and so helpful during these past few months. She even FaceTimed me with Buster while he was in the hospital over the weekend, so I could see how he was doing. She makes you feel comforted, understood and will love your animal like her own. Alexis was great to work with as well. I appreciated her calm and friendly demeanor every time I called the office. She is professional, kind and had great communication skills.
