I suspect service can depend on specific circumstances, but I've worked with the Capon Bridge staff for 20 years, and while many of the staff have changed over that time, I've always found them willing to help, put up with my quirky requests for stamps, postal markings, ... Mail delivery in general has been horribly slow in recent years, but not due to anything the local staff can control.

Worst post office when it comes to customer service. Use to have such friendly staff when lived there for 10 years
