Every time I come get my oil change they are super attentive and explain everything they do with my car. I’ve always waited in the shop and they are constantly updating me on what they are doing. My car is always impeccable when I get it back from them and they are extremely nice here! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a permanent local shop to go to and this one is definitely the best I’ve been to so far!

My husband went to leave work from p&g and his truck was missing. We call the cops to find out that they towed his truck to their lot. He had to pay 175.00 to get his truck back. He goes to p&g and talks to security and they never authorized his truck to be towed. They were authorized to tow a car not a truck. So p&g calls them and they admitted they towed the wrong vehicle. Told my husband to come back and they would refund him the charge mind you the mental stress of not having your vehicle that is brand new but then to miss time from work to deal with it and not once did they offer to compensate him for lost wages due to their negligence. I will never use this company nor will I refer them to anyone. I plan on contacting a lawyer to see what can be done so that this does not happen to us or anyone again.

Bunch of thieves! They will tow your vehicle even if it legally park, and then will extort $100 off you to not take it. They should be held accountable for their illegal practices. THIEVES!
