All of the staff (mechanics and front office) are so friendly and went out of their way to help me today. They were up front about cost and didn’t take long at all. I had last minute repair needed before a road trip this weekend. Every other mechanic I called said they would not be able to help until next week. Vik’s got me in today, I waited in the waiting room with my daughter and they went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed quickly. I will be back soon to get my inspection done. I was referred by another long time customer.

Another great experience at Vik’s Used cars. My wife first bought a 2006 Corolla 4 years ago. We still have that. Now we needed a bigger vehicle so we bought a Laredo it’s excellent as well. We love this place. Vik is the best.

Claimed car had new brakes all the way around and had lots of new parts. I bought this car in April and has been in the shop most of the time I've had it. I've put about 350 miles on it since purchase. I had to spend an additional $900 having brakes , rotors, inner and outer tie rods and a stuck brake caliber replaced. Drove it for about a week and learned today that the heads are cracked. This guy is very dishonest . All his good reviews are from family and friends but I didn't realize that till I started looking into it after I realized I was ripped off.

I visited the place to buy a used car. I was greeted very nicely and wonderful experience with customer service. I got the car of my affordability and choice. I am glad with the deal.

I purchased a 2003 bmw 325xi. The people here were very helpful and patient with me. The mechanic here went over everything they had repaired and replaced on the car as well. I fell in love with it. They also gave me a 30 day warranty! It's hard to find used car lots that stand behind their cars like they do here. 10/10 would recommend!

Yet again another wonder experience. I bought a durango 2 years ago from here, still my daily driver. Brought my daughter to buy her a car. As usual vik is absolutely amazing I highly recommend buying a car here!! Absolutely amazing people!

Just bought a nice Subaru Outback from Viks Used Cars and it was a great experience! From the moment I sent questions to finally signing the papers, it was a smooth transaction with friendly and honest people to work with. Kathy was so friendly and helpful as our sales person that I literally have a new friend that came with the car ?. We not only got to meet her and her husband who were very welcoming and very accommodating to our schedule but also the owner and his wife who were also both very welcoming, friendly and most importantly, very knowledgeable about the cars and car buying experience and process. We felt confident in our purchase even buying from an out of state dealer. Vik the owner was very informed of all of the laws, rules etc for our state and very willing to work with us to find a car that fit our needs and budget. We appreciate the entire staff there and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a great, reliable and fair priced vehicle! Thank you all!

My family looked at a few cars at Vik’s. And we ended up buying a 2007 Acura MDX. It has been a wonderful vehicle. Go see them. It passed MD inspection without any problems.

I bought a nice used Subaru from this place. The car for the most part was as advertised. Got to speak with the mechanic about all the work done to the vehicle pre sale and ask any questions I had, and was honest if he didn’t know the answer. I’d be happy to buy from here again.
