Ordered through Amazon but they sent it USPS. It always gets messed up that way. Tried delivering on Sunday, the SAME DRIVER delivered one package but took the other back, then Amazon came and delivered that day. Because of snow and a problematic driveway, carriers just lay my packages off the road. I was sitting at home waiting on this package. Tried calling USPS and Amazon to ask driver to leave it with other package and was told they are closed on Sunday. If they are going to deliver on Sunday for Amazon, then they need to have a phone line open. I've called today and it takes 5-7 mins through automations just to get told lines are busy. They have moved my package to "pick up" and "on hold per customer request" and I have done no such thing!

Been home all day. They didn't even bother knocking on my door or ringing the door bell. Just stuck a note on the door and left. I was sitting 8 feet away I would have heard a knock and so would the dog. Absolutely ridiculous that I now have to get in my car to go get my own package because no way am I going to expect them to get it right a second time.

They lost my Christmas Package from Germany. It had cleared Customs on Dec. 2. and disappeared from then on. 5 Month later it re-appeared. It was insured for $ 500 but no one wants to take Responsibility. Of course all the Contents was spoiled. I want to get paid for the Loss.

Our family has had nothing but great experience with both the carriers and the staff at the Post Office in Bunker Hill. Our carrier is friendly and accommodating whenever we see her, and we've never had an issue with our mail delivery. The staff at the Post Office is also very helpful, wherever I come in to mail packages and letters for both business and personal affairs. Thanks to all of them!

If you are to lazy to try and deliver a certified letter and leave a notice in the mailbox “sorry we missed you” make sure the person doesn’t have a video doorbell. Home all day and no activity on camera of them coming to the door.

I’ve never had any issues with the post office myself but I’ve also never experienced such great customer service as I did today when I went to get information and was greeted by a lady named Robin and she was amazing!

Says delivery attempts 3 times, not true!!! I've been home all week. Now have to travel to pick it up, poor service!

Never recieved my package. With being able to track every step. Said it was attempt to delivered. Request upon customer hold at post post office. Mind you never told them to hold it. Called the Lady said oh you'll recieve it the post office driver will be out late today. Still haven't recieved my package. Very disappointed.
