“This is easily the best experience I’ve had with renting and exiting storage units.
The price was very good but their service was better. Dianne, who manages this location was fantastic. Every time I talk to her she helped me resolve my online issues. She also made sure I was checked in properly and then when we finally exited the property, it took me all of three minutes. We had one billing mistake where I was supposed to be on auto pay, but it didn’t go through properly. She resolved that in about five minutes as well.
Oh, by the way, the locations is great too. There is so much space to get a big moving truck around and the units are clean.”

“I recently moved to the Winchester, VA area. A contact highly recommended Shenandoah Storage Connection. Prior to the move we wanted to bring as much as we could in terms of house hold effects to a local storage locker. We ended up making many trips up and back during the house building process and brought a load of boxes each time. This reduced the cost we eventually had to pay movers, and was an easy way to have essential house hold items available as soon as we moved to the area. We were coming from almost 100 miles away so this was just very helpful.Elizabeth was great. Her storage rates were reasonable and as a bonus I even stored one of our cars at the facility. Every step of the way Elizabeth was just wonderfully helpful. Access to our storage was easy but the facility also has very good security. After we moved it was just really handy to have pre-positioned our must-have possessions for an easier move to our new home. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her company for your long and short term storage needs.”

“It doesn't look like much, but I'm very happy with this storage facility. The two women that work in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about their facility. I got the smallest unit available which turned out to be a real deal. There was a special, three months for $75, $25 per month. I had been to several storage facilities previously, and they were either closed or had no units available. One I couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Ridgeway provides you the lock and keys. One time I left and mistakenly took the lock with me. The employees called me to inform me that my unit was unlocked. I really thought that was outstanding. They actually cared about the customer, rare these days. The units are clean. I have been on rainy days, and no leaks. I'm extremely happy with this facility and would recommend it to anyone that needs storage. My hats off to Ridgeway Self Storage.”
