“It doesn't look like much, but I'm very happy with this storage facility. The two women that work in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about their facility. I got the smallest unit available which turned out to be a real deal. There was a special, three months for $75, $25 per month. I had been to several storage facilities previously, and they were either closed or had no units available. One I couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Ridgeway provides you the lock and keys. One time I left and mistakenly took the lock with me. The employees called me to inform me that my unit was unlocked. I really thought that was outstanding. They actually cared about the customer, rare these days. The units are clean. I have been on rainy days, and no leaks. I'm extremely happy with this facility and would recommend it to anyone that needs storage. My hats off to Ridgeway Self Storage.”

“Sarina and her crew were amazing! I’m so glad we hired them to help us move literally everything we owned from our storage unit into our new home. Not to mention, they were also available within 4 days of needing their services! My husband and I were worried whoever we hired to help us move would be upset with how high we stacked our unit but the moment we opened it up, they lifted that weight right off of our shoulders! They were professionally positive, optimistic and said it wouldn’t be a problem at all! Sarina communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish.
