We just closed on our new custom Hobba Built Home. This was our fourth new home we've built in our 32 years of marriage. I must say with no doubt that this was the best experience ever. The Hobba Team were amazing to work with!! One of the greatest attributes with this team is they listened to our needs, ideas and concerns. Then we were able to come up with a plan that worked for everyone. 5 Stars is not enough for Dave and Cheryl Hobba and the entire Hobba Team!! Dave Hobba Builders just completed our new home. We couldn't be happier. Construction is of the highest quality and finishes are all upper end. They made building a new home as stress free as possible. My wife and I are in our 70's so I'm sure this is the last home we will build but I recommend them very highly to those who are considering building.Services: Design

2000 to 2500 sqft for $400k to $500k. There homes are over priced. These houses aren't built in VA, MD, NJ, PA, NY and so on where the econonmy is booming and the area has plenty to offer. Even in those areas a buyer would get more sqft.

We have been in our new home for about 6 weeks now and love it more every day! Not only is our home everything we wanted, it is so much more! From staying on track with regard to time and budget, to high end finishes we did not think we could afford but are standard in homes they build, the Hobbas delivered a FANTASTIC, GREAT QUALITY CUSTOM HOME! All of our expectations were exceeded with Dave, Cheryl and their team - no details were overlooked!

New Home Smiles Part Deux4 years ago my husband and I built an amazing house with David Hobba Builders (DHB). Fast forward 3 years, with life changes we desired a larger home , naturally we turned to the number one builder in the Kanawha Valley area , DHB. Without missing a beat, Dave and Cheryl Hobba guided us through the complete design process. During our build, the COVID pandemic hit, causing sky rocketing lumber prices, and supply shortages. The DHB Team was simply amazing as they worked closely with us, enabling them to deliver our home ahead of schedule and under budget.My husband Mike and I are happy beyond words with our new home and highly recommend David Hobba Builders & Luxury Living Real Estate to anyone looking forward to a hassle free custom home build .

Relocating back to West Virginia was a major decision for us and we are grateful we were led to Dave Hobba Builder. Our experiences with Dave Hobba, Cheryl Hobba and all their team were refreshingly different from other experiences we have had in building a home. They were extremely clear and knowledgeable in taking our home plan from paper to reality. They walked us through each phase of the project and delivered a superior quality product. Each member of the team responded promptly and professionally to any questions or changes we had including the final walk through day. Mark and Bruce were extremely patient with our questions and almost daily visits. to the site. We felt we had made good friends in addition to having a supportive team. We would highly recommend Dave Hobba Builder for a stress-free home building experience. We love our new home and neighborhood and are thankful we made the move back to West Virginia.
