My car was ruled a complete loss and went to Jenkins Ford Collision center. From the time it got there they were nothing but rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't have even gave them a one star. Upon getting my belongings out of my car they had destroyed it even more than when it arrived. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone and hope my insurance pulls there service recommendations with them. Never again…

They did a great job repairing the damage on my car, but they did not keep me updated about the status when they ran into issues. I had to keep calling in order to be told it was being delayed. They detailed the interior of the car, which was nice, but they cleaned my windows and instruments with the same cloth and possibly cleaning supplies they used on my dash board, so my windows are a greasy mess. But they do a great job with repairs and I would go back again.

Refuses to do work for an individual... Only does work with insurance companies... Therfore doesn't care about regular customers and should not be recommended for anything. If I cannot take a Ford vehicle to a Ford Body shop to have some things worked and touched up why even stuck with Ford or Jenkins... They just get worse every time I deal with them. This may be the deciding factor to switch...

They were nice people, however since repairing and painting my new bumper it started rubbing against my tires. I also have paint chips and scratches in my car that weren't there before and on top of that they over used clear coat and it now has runny spots down my bumper. Not a body shop I will use again.Services: Painting

Wonderful body work happens @ this place for sure! My limo was spiffed up well & also these guys take care of any scrape and scratch we have on any vehicle we bring in. 100% professional & up to factory standards for sure. :)

Very nice and professional. But they did horrid work on my car. 2 months after and i have huge chips in my paint, and they didnt replace any of my hurt body panels from the accident. They tried to straighten then out and then paint over it and they messed up all my body/ trim lines. Also they put 100 miles on my car and i found BK fries under my passenger seat. We had our daughter's Hyundai Sonata fixed after suffering extensive body damage to the passenger side. They kept sending pictures and documentation to the other person's insurance to ensure we got the replacement parts we needed. The car looks spectacular! Can't tell the car was ever in an accident. The paint color match is perfect, and the car was fixed in the time frame they told us. I will definitely recommend this body shop to others!!! Thanks to Joe, Kenny and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of us.
