Service people was nice paid for oil change and tire rotation I always mark my tires to be sure they rotated them well I got car back and they wasn't rotated mechanic didn't know I marked them I'm done pretty bad dealership has dishonest mechanics how do you know if they even change your oil sad I really had faith in them but no more watch them people mechanics are no good God bless

Had 4 new cooper tires mounted and balanced for my 23 tacoma,an oil change and multi point inspection and was only there about an hour and a half,quick dependable service for sure.

Buckhannon Toyota is a wonderful car dealership! This place has great ratings for a reason.
We purchased a used Highlander here and the experience could not have been better. The car was exactly as described and pictured, maybe even better. These folks are honest, friendly, accommodating, and not at all pushy or desperate to make a sale. They really do want to make you happy with your purchase.
Our salesman Gary Owens went out of his way to give us a great deal. With quick online and friendly in person communication, he answered all our questions and concerns. He was a humble servant, giving us exactly the deal we wanted and giving us some super nice extra perks beyond what we asked. Ask for him specifically to help you with your car purchase. You won’t be sorry.
Oliver Stump in the business department helped us easily obtain financing and was a gentleman throughout the paperwork process. Sometimes the financial part of car buying can be stressful. Gary and Oliver made it easy and stress free.

Got caught on an accident on the 79 North at 2pm on Friday, on the way to Washington DC from Missouri. We blew 2 tires and broke a rim on the highlander. We were towed off the freeway to Buchannon WV. Buchannon Toyota and the service manager Alicia Harvey assisted us without appointment. They ordered and got us the rim in less than 24 hours. The service department fitted us in on Saturday morning and got us back on the road by 11am that day. Fantastic Team.? Thank You Alicia Harvey. ?

I came here for a service and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Any questions I had they were quick to answer. The service didn’t take long at all and at the end they even washed the car. The only minor complaint I can give is that the waiting lounge is quite small compared to other dealerships I’ve went to but that’s not a big deal. Overall a good dealership to come too.
