The dealership went out of there way to please us. Everyone was friendly from sales to mangers. I would highly recommend this dealership over other Toyota dealerships even if you have to drive a little longer.

absolutely the worst place to do business with they run your credit 3 weeks early . Then get upset and act like babies when you don’t buy from them. Then treat repeat customers like total crap. Have screenshots to show this. Go though sales people like no tomorrow. Completely and utterly pathetic. Go to Dan cava. This place was rediculus. My family bought 6 cars from this place and they treated us good for the first few. Then treated us like dog crap because we got a better deal and decided to run their mouth over Facebook and treated us worse than dirt. Not to mention the first car we bought From them was brand new & had a bad car fax.

I purchased a brand new Toyota Tundra! Had it 4 months put 3000 miles on it! Wanted something different! Ended up hating the truck. Got a hold of my salesman here! He was nice guy and knew how I traded vehicles around told me when I bought it, when you decided to get read of the truck give us a shout. Was totally believable that they would give me close to fair value of my vehicle! Anyways 4 months later on a Toyota Tundra brand new garage kept since day 1! However to them my truck had depreciated $10,000 Was sad to hear, felt lied too! Sales man was great, was smooth easy process had my own money at arrival waited for signing for Over and hour but they were super busy I understood! 2 days after this bad news from them I took my truck to 3 separate dealers was offered exactly what I paid for it by all! Settled in Charleston with a new Chevy !

my salesperson Jessie was outstanding! I came in there on a mission and she made sure I completed my mission!! I wish my car was cleaned out more though but all and all wonderful customer service!

I live in Morgantown but purchased my Toyota from you all, so I have been getting it serviced there going on two years now. You all have the friendliest service ladies working in there for drop offs and pick ups. They explain everything, go over it thoroughly and just are always pleasant.

Jeff Malcomb made my purchase of a new Tacoma by far the smoothest i’ve had on a vehicle. Well informed on all aspects of the vehicle we bought , very thorough when showing the vehicle features and treated us like family especially our 7year old daughter who loved him. Finance department was great to deal with as well, paperwork went quick and painless Kevin has a great sense of humor all while being professional which made the typical boring process hysterical. All in all highly recommend this staff !!

We bought a 2020 Tacamo 2 days ago from Daniel. He treated us so great, we came back today and bought a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. We've been loyal customers for 10 years and they we will remain loyal! Also Kevin in financing is amazing! I've never enjoyed signing contracts before. He is the best!

After visiting 3 other dealerships today I rolled into this lot completely discouraged and in a terrible mood. Let me tell you, these guys turned it all around. They got me into the vehicle I wanted, with a payment I could afford, no price haggling. NO NONSENSE. The easiest deals ever happen at Buckhannon! I drove over an hour to get there and it was well worth the trip! Big Shout out to Todd and Corey for a deal done right!
