I love Ace Hardware, but this Buckhannon is the best of them all. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Their grilling section is just amazing, and their Simply Southern boutique is my wife's favorite. James is literally "the helpful hardware man." What a great experience!

I appreciate having Ace nearby. I'm always greeted and offered help. The newly expanded section is very nice with lots of grilling accessories, Hallmark cards, Simpy Southern merchandise, garden flags, etc.It's important to me to have a friendly hardware store in town, so there is an alternative to WalMart and Lowes.
