This rating isn’t so much for the store as a whole but for the management. I’ve never seen management be so degrading to their workers it’s honestly sickening. My fiancé and I are both loyal customers (especially to the kitchen staff) But after my experience i’ll be hesitant to give them a dime ever again as long as the manager is employed there. As we are communicating with the person working the kitchen today the manager (bonnie) immediately intimidated the staff and walked over (after 20 seconds of asking the worker a question) while we were placing an order and asked me if I needed something and asked why I was looking at her in a certain way. Then proceeded to tell the worker that he needed to get back to work when he was trying to be helpful and answer my questions while bonnie also then asked if we were even going to order any food which made me immediately just apologize to the kitchen staff for cooperating with that monstrous human being and leave! I was unaware that I (as a paying customer) am not allowed to inquire about food i’ll be purchasing with my hard earned money. Never again will I purchase anything if I see bonnie working she needs discharged from her position IMMEDIATELY.

They have good food. I usually get a pizza. You can call ahead. It's a convenient store and gas station. There is a prison in the area that does not have a good regard for keeping their inmates inside.... Google it! It's all in the news! These signs really need to be up around the area. The gas station is great! Just don't pick up a hitchhiker... you never know where they came from... stranger danger people!!!! The employees have your back though! If you see anything weird going on -- Just let them know!!!! I promise they got you!!!!!

Place kind of sucks now. Used to be able to go there and get some hot food made up now there is hardly anybody ever there in the kitchen.

A complete s*** hole of a service station and they also up charge the gasoline/diesel fuel. The people that work here are well...interesting at best and completely uneducated.

Today was my second visit to Pine Run Outdoors and Defense and I can’t say enough about the professionalism that I received on both my visits. I am new to archery and Alan Schnopp was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He demonstrated a true love for the sport and helped both me and my 8 year old son pick out bows and equipment that were good fits for us.

This gas station is near the highway exit. Easy to get in and out of and is well stocked with the basics. They make the food fresh so it does take 20 mins for your hot, fresh wings but you can call your order in and avoid that wait time no problem. Best part is the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a couple of picnic tables to eat at outside and a good amount of tables inside to eat at as well.

The food there is great, way better than Little Sandy's. If Larry's working the food counter you're in good hands. You can tell he really puts lots of care into what he's making.

When it comes to hometown service stations, selection, fair prices, and the quality/consistency of the food is what makes them great. Pine run gets 5 stars for every category. The staff are always on point and friendly. A real hidden gem. If you are driving on interstate 68 East or West and go by the Hazelton exit, stop in and get their Pine-run burger or steak and cheese hoagie, or if in need of breakfast, their breakfast pizza! They even carry some car products.

If I could I would give them 10 stars! Absolutely wonderful people working here, and the food was amazing! I recommend the chicken salad with fries, would definitely come back.

What a wonderful staff here! Such nice folks and just want to say "thank you!" Am very impressed by the warm kind feeling here, the dining room area, and yes you can get gas here too. This is actually a general store in many ways. Unlike similar establishments, their prices are very competitive. Oh yes to the beer cave. That alone is amazing. Wonderful selection. Glad they had windshield wiper fluid. I ran out on the way to Wisp Ski Resort. Whoops! They also have basic maintenance materials, such as oil and fuel injection formulas. This is a very friendly spot, close to the Highway, a hotel, and not far from the skiing. Am very pleased to recommend this, and the hot food selection at decent prices is appreciated too.

Everytime we come to camp this is the first stop we make. Pizza and salad for lunch..wow. its just awesome... 100%!!!!!Also the manager Bonnie and her staff are sweet and welcoming. And the premises is always clean. Thank you for a job well done.
