You store shut down due to a network problem on Friday morning- you were still closed Sunday that is 3 days — no one to answer phone or talk to for rx and no one to refer us to another store.” Like sorry about your luck” is what I got from this I’m being real nice with this!! Very poor management on your part and no back up plan wow.

My med dosage changed. For MONTHS they called me to pick up the old dose. However the worst part is they called me in to pick up a med I had just bought for $500 there a few days before. I went through the drive thru and she asked if I had it sent back. I said no I just bought it here. She said if I didn't show proof that I paid for it then I would have to pay another $500. I said you didn't even know I had bought it! She said you just said you did! Then when I tried to ask her a question shed kept very rudly talking over top of me. I went in to speak to pharmacist and he said all he wanted to know was the date I bought it for their records. That drive thru chick needs fired.

I like this location. I have only used the pharmacy here for my flu shot. The pharmacist was quite good at her job and I didn't have to wait too long. The store is always stocked and has plenty of employees who are willing to help. The prices however seem quite high. They are also not busy most of the time so you can get in and out quite fast.

I understand there is a shortage of pharmacists in Clarksburg, WV. And overall I like Walgreens stores and pharmacies. However, I have not had a difficult time like I've had today with the "head pharmacy manager" at 1240 W. Main St. In Bridgeport, WV (obviously a contractor). Today he refused to fill my sensitive Rx..and lied about their policy regarding filling it. When I called him on it, he stuck to his story and even laughed at me when I suggested he may not be familiar with store policy, as I have been a Walgreens customer for years. More than that, my provider told me I could have picked it up days sooner, as it was a new order. She even spoke to him after i called her with this issue, and he still refused to fill it, citing his reason as discretionary. Not only is this just wrong, it shows aI callous lack of professionalism. His behavior resembles that of someone with deep issues of narcissism, as the situation was handled in what appeared to be a controlling and arrogant manner. Regardless of this area having limited Professional resources, I will never use that pharmacy again...unless i am forced to by having no other options. My suggestion to you if you have a sensitive script is to go elsewhere first....even a different Walgreens Pharmacy. It seems like pot luck at this one, and today they served up a unpalatable plate.

Store has not maintained their parking lot. There is no stop sign at one exit and they have not repainted the yellow stop at one of the exits to the store. I have almost been hit several times by cars pulling out of their parking lot because there are no signs or indication to stop.

The lady working in the pharmacy was extremely rude. I did not catch her name, but she had curly blondish brown hair and wore glasses. I went to get a vaccine after receiving a pre- registration text in which I tried to show her, but she refused to even read the text. Extremely frustrating to deal with people of this nature. Know it all's who do not know anything.
