The worst, most frustrating auto call system in the world! Shameful. To go thru hell just to TRY and get hours... Good luck

I moved here about 7 months ago. I signed up to see what gets scanned for delivery. Being kind with the figures. 60 percent of what they say is out for deliver or pending never gets to my mailbox. Checks. Packages. Junk mail. My wv drivers license and car registration. Nope. They got mailed. I only got them after 50 phone calls to fix it via the place that mailed them. Honestly. Why???? Are the box number at the apartment complex too much to figure out? Literally i have watched the mailman throw mail on the ground.

Service at the desk, fine. Service by certain delivery personnel, totally unacceptable (as I saw on my camera you basically threw my package to/at my door step (light bulbs inside it no less- perhaps you should be delivering papers, not packages). This type of service I hear from multiple residents and it needs to be corrected now, unless management just doesn't care. Many that put their uniforms on (myself included) did it under ALL kinds of conditions, but we got the mission done and still are putting our necks on the line. I only expect others to do the same. If you can't...find some other line of work and don't tarnish the image of those that do theirs.

If your only job is to pick up the mail and deliver it than I'm confused as to why that is such a difficult task. Twice in one week I've had packages held at location because you were unable to "deliver"? To my mailbox? That you come to every day? Only to be told it was an office issue that they sent my package with the wrong driver? So what you're saying is you're bad at your job. Is it an employee issue, a management issue, or an infrastructure issue? Either way it's a constitutional right that we pay taxes for. That pays for your kids college. Your home. Your vehicle. Folks complain about kids these days and their lack of work ethic well I don't see many kids working at the USPS and yet.. us kids had to learn it from somewhere. If I could give this office less than one star I would. Not that reviewing the USPS would resolve a single issue in this office. I'd say that's why the USPS is going bankrupt but then again I'm sure there's a bailout somewhere out there with your name on it. So we can continue to receive less than adequate service. Certainly not worth the billions taxpayers spend on it to begin with. Be better.
