I am torn on this review. I really wanted to try some natural products but went in this morning a youngish woman and man were working neither greeted me. But the real turn off was the woman complaining nonstop about she has a life and customers need to know their boundaries, she’s not in the clock all the time. She also seemed like she was bad mouthing maybe someone above her in the workplace. It made me very uncomfortable and I left. I am sure the products are wonderful but I don’t know since nobody wanted to help.

Every time I come to sudsberry the employees are super nice & knowledgeable about their products. The smell of this store is AMAZING! I love the fruit loops sugar scrub and lotion and they last for quite some time.

Amazing Customer Service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. the store was clean and we even took a selfie with the Photo Booth. The products we bought have done wonders for my skin and I will be back for sure!

Stop by the bridgeport mall on a whim and found this lovely store. Their body butter was so different than what I was used to. I didn't purchase any but I wish I had. The sales person that greeted us was very Polite and personable. I probably will order online at a later time. great shop!!

Absolutely love their bath bombs, they make my skin so soft! The store employees are always helpful and kind. They also have a great section for the kiddos so it makes it easy to grab a few gifts for nieces and nephews! I just love this store!

Wonderful place always has good scents and great for skin sensitivity the staff works real hard to get what the customers want I have a massive array of bath bombs and soaps ( sample bags and whole bars)

Bad quality, and terrible customer service. I tried to like this place several times and they continue to fall short. Hair in bath-bombs, mold on top of a salve for aches. It seems like they cut too many corners and I don't understand the hype. Wouldn't recommend.

My family uses Sudsberry deodorant and soaps. We LOVE them. The scents are amazing. There is no weird film on your skin after using them. I have sensitive skin and sometimes Sudsberry goats milk soap is the only thing that calms it when it's angry. I highly recommend all products from Sudsberry ❤

Wonderful shop with a variety of high quality, natural products. My daughter absolutely loves their deodorant. She has tried a slew of natural deodorants and none of them worked very well, except for Sudsberry's. It is now the only kind she will use. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.
