I called and they asked to place me on hold, which is fine. However, after about 25 minutes on hold my brother called and they answered immediately while I never got off hold. He scheduled an appointment for me, which I later cancelled as I was able to get an earlier appointment at another local tire shop. They then called me 4 days after what my scheduled appointment would've been to let me know they are running behind and wanted to know how long before I would arrive. Very disappointed with the service.

Quick and amazing service. Best place to get tires and brakes serviced. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful when it came to getting my car serviced and road ready again. Would recommend to anyone.

My skid plate came down on my car. I called and spoke with Gerald who told me to bring it right in. Within five minutes of me getting there my car was up and fixed! Highly recommend! Thank you Justin and Gerald!

Gerald and Noah helped me in my time of need got a flat on I79 while traveling. Hole in the side wall. Closest BMW dealership 2 hours away. I’m travel and I have no idea where I am. After taking my car immediately they realized they couldn’t help but they called around and found me a run flat tire! That’s customer service!!! They cared enough to help me!

**Fantastic Service at NTB Tire Shop**
I recently visited NTB Tire Shop and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Manager Gage and his exceptional team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt immediately attended to. Gage's knowledge and expertise were evident as he guided me through the selection process, ensuring I got the best tires and service for my vehicle without any upselling pressure. 5 stars hands down this is the only tire shop Ill let my family go to!!

I was in town visiting my parents when I got a flat tire this past Friday. Even tho it was the end of the day Caleb took my tire and patched it for no charge. I was able to drive 250 miles with no problems to make it home to my family that evening. Thank you !

Made an appointment to get 2 tires on, showed up on time for my appointment n they tell me there are multiple people ahead of me that it will be a few minutes. That’s fine had it been just a few minutes but it was 3 hours before my vehicle even got pulled in then another hour and half to put 2 tires on. What’s the point of appointment if we are not gonna go by appointments.
