I have been calling for 2 months now. Left MULTUPLE MESSAGES needing answers about unapproved credit card charges that they did themselves. Put me on auto pay when I specifically said I did not want to be. Been calling to get a new gate code and now I can't get into my unit due to it. So I advise you not to use them unless you don't care about these issues.

We've been at this storage unit for nearly a year with no problems. they just got bought out 2 months ago and since we've had nothing but headaches, misleading information, and not being able to get ahold of someone from customer service at all. They don'd send us our bills they only give us a call when it becomes overdue. My previous due date was the 17th and we never had an issue with it. Now its the first and we were never informed of this change of due date. Just received a call stating were overdue but not able to get ahold of the company at ANY number to hopefully figure something out. Sadly, this is only one in a few complaints i have about them. Gonna move my stuff out of there and remove my business from this company asap.

I had the pleasure to work with Lora Price when I lost my keys. She was so very pleasant through the whole ordeal and before she was going to have to order new keys, I found the keys! She kept me informed and reassured me that everything would be fine.

Paid for a unit and can’t get in to the units. Access code that was emailed to me doesn’t work and there is no one local at the location or that can be called. The phone number on the building forwards you to an international sales department. No service and no way to help me access the unit that I am paying for. I’m going to cancel online and find another place that has a local human being involved. Good luck if you choose to give this location a try.

It doesn't appear the RV spots have electric to charge batteries or perform maintenance, nor are there lights in the units. I've tried to speak with the local manager and have left numerous messages, but I only get calls from people who don't know the local area and is challenged in communicating in English. It's too bad it's so difficult, because good indoor RV storage is needed in West Virginia.

Always clean, well lit, easy to access and the staff give beyond great customer service! I have told and will continue to tell everyone I know looking for a storage unit how well maintained they are and highly recommend them!!!!

I moved into a smaller apartment and once we got there I realized I didn't have room for a lot of stuff. It was a Sunday and the trailer had to go back the next day. I was able to easily rent a unit online and when I got there Monday morning the staff was extremely helpful and had everything waiting for me. So convenient to everything! I am very pleased with my experience!

This is everything you want in a storage unit facility. It’s clean, gated, temperature controlled, not located in a seedy part of town, and inexpensive. The paperwork and process to get a unit and close out, is simple and easy, and can all be done by email/phone. I highly recommend this specific facility to anyone looking for a place of storage space.
