Friendly staff from front desk to back. I saved hundreds of dollars getting my dog neutered there vs the vet I took him to prior. They sent me home with a happy dog that didn't seem to be in any pain & gave me medication/care instructions. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Hank!

Don't bother visiting this clinic if you don't want to wait forever. Don't bother calling if you don't want to be on hold for 10 20 30 minutes. They are all about the money. I have never had a good experience at this vet. Also, took a cat there to be spayed and they nicked her bladder. She was never the same again and we had to have her put down.

They do not tell you about charges till after they are done. Charged me for blood work-85.00 and bath-50.00 that I did not ok, then refused to give money back. Said they require blood work on animals over 5 before surgery. Was told this after the fact. I find this funny because they did same 6 months before on same cat and Dudu not charge the 85.00. My cat is 10. Did not ask for the bath, they did it and charged me. Have tried several times to contact them. They said they would look into it and call me back. They have not. Next step is to contact board of veterans. VCMS

I took my best friend to this place to have a simple procedure. My 3 year old cat that THEY have been taking care of since she was born. She has had special needs, they no this. She started going in heat just a fee months ago, so made this appointment. Told them that I thought she was in heat would it make it harder on her. "Oh no it will be fine". Picked her up yesterday February 15 at 330. Today at 1230 she was DEAD. they told my wife it was because she was in heat. This was my friend. The KILLED HER.

Great Doctor and Great Staff!! My CharLee, 11 yrs of Beagle/Lab Mix dog, is home after having his tumor removed. The wonderful doctor and staff from Audubon Animal Clinic in West Virginia did an amazing job!! They not only removed the Ginormous tumor from his left side flank, but they found two other tumors (one on his chest and one on his left front wrist) and removed them as well. They were so reasonably priced as well. The 3 tumor removal surgery, xrays, medication, and biopsy came to a total of only $841 rather the $6000 that was quoted at AVets in Monroeville, PA. CharLee is now home, resting, and recovering. We are so grateful for the excellent care from Audubon Animal Clinic!! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I took my dog there to have a growth on his side checked. They said the growth needed to be taken off. I scheduled the earliest date they had. Dropped him off in the early morning. When I went in to pick him up, later in the afternoon they asked if I wanted to leave him there to pickup the following morning. They were busy that day and I figured he needed time to recover from the anesthesia. The next morning they called to tell me he didn't make it (died). It was like a house was dropped on me. The vet couldn't tell me why or what happened. I told her to do an autopsy. That night she called me back and said she could not determine the cause of my best friends death. I will never set foot in there again.

They saved my doggy's life when he was attacked. My dog is suuupper obnoxious, loud barking jack russel mix, I have no idea how they manage to trim his nails but they get the job done and do really good.

Wonderful place to get all of your pets health care needs! I had a sick dog and called to see when I could bring him in, they got me in the next day! The receptionists are all very nice and accommodating. The care my dog received was wonderful! The took their time and knew exactly what to do for him to get him better! I did what they suggested and my boy started feeling feeling better! I will forever be a customer at Audubon

Good vet IF!!! You can get an appointment My dogs and cats have been patients for many years They no longer sell the heart worm medicine that THEY prescribed. Can only get it online. BUT only for 1 year no refills. I ordered but they never bothered to tell me in 2 phone calls that they wound not refill!!! I'm looking for a more compassionate and responsive vet Would not recommend if you have a sick pet. They could die waiting

Brought our 2 pets in for their vaccinations and lyme boosters, Dr Masset recommended last year, had their nails trimmed. Also had concerns about a lump on my older dog. They came back with a clean bill of health. Will definitely continue using this clinic and Dr Masset

I called to get an appointment for my cat at the Bridgeport office. The earliest appointment was for Saturday at 9:45 a.m. I scheduled the appointment. In the meanwhile, since my cat was sick, I had called other places to get an earlier appointment. I called the Audubon Animal Clinic in Philippi, WV , the lady that answered the phone put me on hold, when someone answered my call, I asked for an appointment for my cat, and the girl in a demeaning tone of voice said" Honey, you already have an appointment" I then told her that I have an appointment in Bridgeport, I want one in Philippi. She then said( in a demeaning tone of voice) "Honey we are not open".. I got off the phone and cried because of the demeaning way that she had talked to me. I will never take my cat to the Audubon Animal Clinic. People need to treat others as they want to be treated. Sheila
