I was a little disappointed when I went to pay. My daughter and I walked in and the lady asked what she could help us with. I told her we both just needed a trim. She said not a problem. When I went to pay she charged me for a cut and shampoo and said that was the way it had to be rung it because you couldn’t just get a trim. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked her to wash my hair if I was going to be charged for it. I feel that should have been something she said when I said we just needed a trim.

My son and I both go to Ashley! She has been doing our hair for a while now. After my son’s barber retired I was hard pressed to find someone he liked and would sit still for and Ashley has been a God send. He’s 9 she always takes the time to tell him what guard she’s using and why. Heck we trust her so much I let them talk me in to him getting a mullet which initially I was against. Ashley always makes sure our cuts are just right! Very patient and friendly! I would recommend her to anyone!

Came in last Saturday before my gender reveal to get my haircut. Had an appointment with Nikki! They were super busy but she got to me as soon as needed. I asked for a specific style and she delivered perfectly! She was even kind enough to let me know if I needed my length altered she would be there the next couple of days and would be happy to help! As someone with pretty curly hair it is always a bit scary getting your hair cut at a new place, but she did excellent!

What a transformation! My hair feels amazing healthy and wasn’t damaged. I went in with very red hair and needed a natural color for work. Melinda did a great job of helping me reach my desired color while keeping my hair healthy and cost low.

How is this even allowed to happen...The same person responsible for this haircut that my daughter got last night cut my hair so badly at a different location a year ago that I came to you guys to have fixed and you did a great job. Then last night that person now employed by you did this to my daughters hair. She had to go somewhere else last night to have it fixed...Please make sure your employees actually know how to cut hair so more people don't have to go through this. If I would have been with her I would have known not to allow that person near her.
