Recently bought Maxxis tires from here and paid 2,200.00 for them. Was told they had a 50.000 mile warranty on them . After 8,000 miles one tire had nearly any tread and the other three were very worn. Was told by Joel that “ you won’t get 15,000 miles out of these tires “ didn’t offer to prorate or do anything. Manager looked at tires and said “they didn’t look that bad “ literally 8,000 miles and the tires are horrible !!! Truck was not out of alignment ,tires were rotated , and air pressure was always the same. See photo below . Will NEVER shop here again .They don’t stand behind their tire warranty!!!!

I took my truck to bridgeport store for alignment guy at front desk was helpful but guy who looked at my truck told me he didn't want to work on my junk his exact words so I will not darken their doorstep again I'll take my business elsewhere

So... 2 visits, one good, one bad, but I doubt I'll be back. First Visit: I had lost confidence in another tire shop and decided to try Glotfelty. I bent a rim and needed the tire, and everything else moved over to the new one I had purchased. They were flexible about the appointment, due to the new rim having not been delivered to me yet; however, I received the rim in time, and they had me done in about 45min for around $80-$90. This also included front and rear end alignment plus rotate and balance. So, not a bad price. Second Visit: I had a bad wheel bearing and had purchased a new hub assembly; however, the old hub was pretty much fused to the knuckle. After exhausting all options of completing the repair on my own, I decided to give Glotfelty another try. I made an appointment on my day off for 9:30am and had my car, with the correct part, there on time. After about 3hrs I started to become concerned that there was a major issue with my car. I got up to walk around and stretch my legs; however, I did not see my car anywhere. I should have asked for an update, but I didn't want to be "that guy." So, I went back to the waiting room to continue waiting. Finally, as they were closing at 5pm, the same employee that checked me in noticed that there was one person, me, still sitting in the waiting room. Employee, "What are you waiting on?" Me, "Uh, the red WRX I checked in with you at 9:30am." Employee, "Oh, it's done." Not a single word about the repair, nothing at all. The invoice appeared to be generated a few minutes after 11am, which would be about right, an hour and a half to replace a wheel hub. So, from 11am until closing at 5pm I sat in the waiting room for 6 hours waiting to be told my car was done. Over the course of that time, I watched as several other customers came and went. I watched several employees come out to the waiting room for various reasons. Not a single word was said to me until they needed to close shop and noticed a customer still sitting in the waiting area. No apology, no discount offered, nothing but looks of complete and utter indifference to the fact that my entire day had been stolen from me. As for the quality of the work? I don't know, my tire hasn't fallen off yet, so at least the lug nuts were tight. I checked, trust me, I checked. However, there is a vibration present that was not there before. So, that's always fun. Now I get to spend time and energy researching another shop. Eventually I will find one that still believes in quality service.

I visited this business for the first time last week, and I was truly impressed at the level of professionalism and kindness. I have never heard a bad word regarding Glotfelty, and it amazes me that a businessq can still care about their clients in these times when money usually rules! Thanks guys!

Apt was for 7:30am I arrived 10 min early, they would not open the door for me to drop off my vehicle 10 min early. Really guys? $1400+ sale, I'll take my business elsewhere. 4 people standing at the counter, not one would let me in. Not a good business practice. Obviously an example of the service I would have received.

Had an appointment for and alignment and to get 4 new tires put on my truck, my appointment was at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning, people who were there after me getting tires done were out before I was, and my truck was never aligned. Absolutely ridiculous charging me for the alignment and never doing it but saying it was. That's some shady work, wouldn't recommend taking a bicycle here let alone your daily driver car/truck

Just had a very bad experience with them. Took a business car in for breaks and rotors. They said it needed control arms too. I paid the $1900 and we picked the car up. On the way back one of the front tires comes loose and starts wobbling. So we had to take it back. The gentleman I spoke to there said we need to take it somewhere else and to bring the CC I paid with in and they would refund the money for the control arms and labor, because that wasn't the problem.
I go in, and they refuse to refund the money after they told me to come by. Terry (person in charge) said the guy I was speaking to "doesn't know what he's talking about".
I would avoid this business like the plague. Internal conflicts of the business shouldn't be pushed on their clients. Bad business.
