Personally, I love Kia, our salesman was amazing! However, the vehicle we bought off the lot has came with tons of issues, imagine buying a used vehicle with paperwork saying it passed inspections and the first day you have it the clutch fails, you get it back 2 weeks later and guess what, clutch fails again. We have owned this vehicle for over 4 months (5/9/2024) and have had it in our possession a month and 6 days, the rest of the time has been it sitting at Kia getting fixed for various other problems. Everyone we have spoken to has been friendly.

We worked with Mike & Eddie, they were amazing! Found a car I ultimately loved, but they were willing to order from a different KG to find a different color if I had wanted that. Got the best deal! So easy to work with & it didn’t take forever!!! Will be apart of the Kia family forever now!

My husband and I were looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I pulled in and immediately was greeted by Eddie Holepit. Very unhappy !! Was reading through paper work and seen where was charge for mechanical service contract ! Charging me 2,968 !! I would not have taken this because I have 2 machines in my family !!! Called them and was told they couldn’t do anything because it was already turned over to the bank !! My husband put a down payment on the vehicle for hold ! And keep having to call to get this put back on his card !! Will never deal with them again !!
