The guys working there were super helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't catch their names but they explained the possible problems and showed us how to tell what our most likely issue was. We had to wait for a part to come in but they were fast, professional, and even stayed late because I was running behind picking my phone up. Will definitely use their services again if the need arises, and will look into having them backup the data on my old phones for me. Thank you so much!

Adam is a super amazing guy. He explained everything that was going on with my laptop that was having issues in a very clear and precise manner. He never once made me feel stupid and made sure I was understanding everything before moving onto the next thing. I did a software update and my phone would not turn back on. I was almost certain my phone was bricked as others had similar experiences with this update. The store manager, Adam H. was able revive it with some work! Thanks Adam!

Never had a bad experience here. Even when a repair has not been achievable (usually because the part is unable to be ordered not because of skill) they are still kind. Used them for years and will continue to do so any time I have an issue.
