I had an exceptional experience with this place. There team was great to me, the vehicle was what they said it was going to be. My family and I drove all the way from Dayton, Ohio, JD & the salesman whom I can't remember his name was so good to my family.If they have something I need again, I'll be back for sure.

The Dan Cava crew are professional and courteous. Found what we wanted online and were able to have everything prepared when we came to the showroom. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased in over 21 years that we have been customers for both sales and service. Any issues have always been addressed and quickly resolved. Soon we will be looking for two more vehicles. We will look everywhere else and most likely purchase from Dan Cava. The prices they put on the vehicles that we have found are very fair and no need to haggle. Some get frustrated over thus. We think if you are able to bargain why didn't they put that price on it in the first place. Bottom line need a new car go to Fairmont WV and see Joe or Mike. Going preowned go to Dan Cavas in Bridgeport WV and see Mark and Denny. Thanks so much for making it easy.

The man that came out to help us was pushy and when we mentioned looking at another dealer he got a little agitated and put down the other vehicles we mentioned. Needless to say, not going back.

After doing some research on what my current car was going forAt other lots I went in hopping to trade in my fwd for a 4x4 when go arrived they were some what busy salesman was extremely helpful and friendly how ever most of the cars seamed dirty and smelled of pet orders After I chose a vehicle they made me a unbelievably low offer on my vehicle I originally said no thanks but was quickly talked into letting them run my credit never had me sign a credit check consent form or anything less than 5 minutes later I was sent away without a new 4x4 the following day I checked credit karma as they show when a new credit inquiry Is made and sure enough none was made

My salesperson did not take me seriously, nor was he helpful. He was a very good person but one of the worst salespersons I have ever met. The two cars I looked at were filthy on the inside, as if the people who previously owned them lived in them without care, and the people selling it don't bother to at least clean them. I did not buy the car, and don't plan on ever going back no matter what they have.

Talked to salesman about about a truck on a wednesday.The truck sold that day. Had an appointment the next day to look at the vehicle. The sales person didn't have the courtesy to even send an email that the truck had sold.

This was our first time dealing with Dan Cava World and I can say it was the easiest and quickest deal ever. From the appearance of the Yukon to one of the nicest salesman Mark Kerns and the Finance guy Shawn they were all wonderful, it felt like we had known each other forever. Mark and Shawn were both just exceptional! We will definitely make Dan Cava World our go to dealership!

Five Stars: Just purchased a used car with salesman Jimmy LaRosa and was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitudes. They were willing to negotiate for a fair price and even stayed late to complete the paperwork.
Update: The 2016 car I bought started having issues the first day I drove it, and wouldn't even start within a few days. After several false starts (they had trouble accessing the warranty they sold me), I was told the problem was likely a recalled part. I specifically asked the salesman about this recall and he said it had been taken care of, so quite concerning that they either 1) lied or 2) don't have up-to-date info on their own cars. After some forceful phone conversations, I got a free oil change to "compensate" me for the hassle. The service center staff were easy to work with, but it took a week to get the car back.
