Hands down the best dealer ship I have ever dealt with! These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving in my truck! They we down to earth people! They talk to you like you have been friends for years! The owner went out of his way to talk to us and everyone that came in there that day! I don’t think I ever deal with another Dealer Ship but Carder Motors as long as they are in business!

Upon arrival, I found the F350 freshly washed and ready for my journey home. Bought a truck 2 years ago from carder motors. Paid almost 70k. Since then I have put 20k miles on the truck. Went to see about a buy back and they offered me 30k. If that doesn’t show you the mark up they have in these, that’s ridiculous! They will take it to an inspection station up the road towards Grafton that does all of “inspections” that way they can clear the codes and hope they don’t come back for 30 days. I had to replace a transmission 2 months after I bought the truck. Along with no reverse light bulbs, the parking brake was disconnected, all the sensors were unplugged, had a bad wheel bearing, cruise control didn’t work and it was an electrical nightmare altogether that has cost me a lot of money! Tried to tell the guy today but just kept changing the subject and wouldn’t listen. Got pulled over right after I bought it and everything was illegal to run it in WV. I am reporting them and the inspection station so this does not happen to others.

Contacted them about a truck that they claimed was rust free. Drove 6 hours only to find a truck with 50k miles and covered with significant rust everywhere. They sprayed the undercarriage with rubberized undercoating that you could peel off with your fingers and the rust came with it. They claimed mileage was actual; doubtful. I would stay clear of this dealer.

We can’t say enough great things about Carder Motors! This was our second experience with them. If you are in the market for a used truck give them a call. We drove 8+ hours one way to pick up our truck. Wes and Jennifer answered all of our questions and were great to work with.

The entire team at Carder Motors was extremely helpful , determined , and motivated to help me get the best deal I could on my truck. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they brought me in on that Saturday morning. Only spent a few hours at the dealership and they worked me a very great deal! Bill , Bob , Mark , and the rest of the team were highly knowledgeable on their inventory and allowed me to thoroughly inspect my truck however I liked and let me take it up the interstate to make sure I was satisfied. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and where I will go whenever I’m in the market for a new vehicle! I appreciate everything you guys.
