Phone calls and/or emails will not be returned by this company once they take your $$$. My wife worked here many years ago and this place handled our taxes for a long time, but my taxes are routinely inaccurate and I recently received penalties from the state per their calculations. It's just not worth the hassle to do business here as customer service is weak or non-existent.

I used their service for 5 years. Everything was smoothly till last year when I received letter that I did not pay some taxes. I made appointment with them to discuss my situation they canceled without effort to call me even. After that, I schedule new appointment my accounting person did not show up again. Some person in their office promise to solve my issue nothing happens for other month or so (in my opinion they never mike an effort). I pay my taxes and I understand that is my responsibility, but my believe is that they have some responsibility, as well. They never suggest paying at least some part of my interest rate and fees for money owned.

I've used them off and on for taxes for the last few years. I like using local businesses because it's important to always put things back into the community, but I seem to have one or more complaints every year. As a traveler, I have to file in multiple states. I don't stay in one place for long so I need someone who understands multi-state filing processes without making me jump through hoops. They struggle here. If it's not that, it's how utterly inconvenient they make it to file through them. I'm paying $245, can you not make me work so hard to do it? This most recent tax year had me seeing a decent return. Because I travel so much it was understood they'd direct deposit for me as they've done in the past, except she didn't put my account number down so now I'm chasing my federal return in the mail. I'll still support local businesses, but it may be time for me to find a different place to handle my taxes.
