I was a premium member for the past 7 years. TMobile recently offered their customers 1 year of AAA free. I was unable to do it online and when I went in to have it done, the dark haired woman by the passport sign told me it couldn't be done and the only choice was to cancel my membership and then sign up as a new member the next day. She was not at all helpful or friendly.

Horrible customer service. Bought a new car and the agent quoted me the wrong price, which I have in an email. When it came time for my monthly premium to come out they took over $200 more than what they were supposed to and it wiped out my bank account. A supervisor named jack Davis was supposed to call me, when he finally did he did not know how to resolve my problem and said he would call me back in a week now he is dodging my calls. If you want any kind of customer service do not go with this company they do not value their customers enough to even return a phone call or find a solution.

I have been trying since MAY ( this is the last day of Sept ) to get auto pay for my car insurance set up. It is set up for homeowners but NOT my auto insurance. I for the life of me cannot figure out why it is so dang difficult. My agent has NEVER called me back. This is pi$$ poor.

Don't waste your money on the upgrade to platinum for the 200 miles towing, they couldn't even find a company to tow us 60 miles home ( WITH MY HUSBAND ON LIMITED OXYGEN AS A PRIORITY) cancelled our call and waited over 30 minutes to even let us know they were leaving us stranded. We paid someone $200 to come get us that night, they said the towing service said they could get to us after 7am the next day. Set up that call, pay someone $100 to take my husband (and his oxygen) back to the vehicle and upon his arrival they call to tell me they can't find anyone to do the tow. I do the work for them and find a AAA garage to accept the job, give them the phone number and reference number to call and set it up with their garage and they STILL can't figure it out!!!!! They finally got ahold of a garage. Hopefully our truck will make it home soon as it'sbeen over 24hrs since we were made a priority

Tracy and Sandy, who use to work their, were great with trip planning. Recently Emily was a BIG help on my tablet getting me hooked up to ArriveCan for my trip to Canada. Diane has also been helpful to me in other ways.

Great value for your payment but terrible service you will call and wait for 30 mins to an hour on hold if not longer while listening to the most terrible hold track ever literally the same jazz loop mixed with 2 advertisements every 10 seconds … its literal hell … and then once you get your call in I hope you had no plans today or arnt stuck in a bad spot because it will be atleast a few hours until anyone comes last time I called at 11 am and didn’t receive a driver until 5:30 pm … and the driver said he picked up my call at 4pm when he came into work which means they literally just ignored it until then and triple a insured me it would be 40 mins max when I had called .. so again the value is there but honestly they truthfully need to hire more people to improve there service because in my opinion they are terribly understaffed

Everyone needs AAA .They will give you maps if you are going on long trips .This map tells you every little thing !Rest areas , what lane to be in when finding exits .the number of the exits .Etc. ????????????

Always get more than just maps here. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Travel agents are NOT obsolete. These folks know their stuff and have "extras" they can arrange for members

Locked keys in my truck. AAA was on scene in 20 minutes. The kid was young and inexperienced BUT, extremely ambitious and he got my keys out in a timely fashion. Very happy with them.
