Our son was in his first ever automobile accident last month — out of state, no less — and Bowers Garage handled the tow and damage assessment for his vehicle. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this business has been in handling our situation. The owners are courteous, straightforward and professional; prompt to return voicemails; honest in their assessments; and overall thoroughly customer-service oriented.
If we lived in West Virginia, I would have *all* of our cars serviced there exclusively from here on out. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Bower’s Garage!

Took my car there to get some work done to it to get a new strut brakes rotors an oil change and took it down the first time and told them it needed a front end alignment and oil change at all and they did not do the oil change or the front end alignment then I had to take it back a second time still didn't do the oil change still didn't fix the problem my vehicle cuz now my 2008 Ford Escape is grabbing on the driver side and makes the ABS traction control light come on and they said their computer will not pick up what it is so I would prefer people not to take their they might rip you off they ripped me off will not getting my vehicle back making it set there and grass so we can get all rusty and all on itServices: General repairs & maintenance
