Buyer beware! They sold me a defective cigarette machine and then refused to refund my money for it. They cited a 24 hour return policy that isn't listed anywhere in store or on the receipt.

The staff is really friendly but multiple times have I been charged twice for a purchase after "an issue with their card reader" and never am issued a refund, they asked me to pick items that would equal the amount they owe which would be fine if I actually had the money to lose lol so now I only pay in cash there... also make sure you're not being charged more than what an item is marked as

6/27 Store hours say 9 am opening its 11 on a Monday and the shop is closed! Not a good way to run a business! I was there for 10 min in that time 5 other customers came and went without being served! Guess we're all driving to Princeton!Update - 7/7 same issue store hours say they should be open at 10:48 am on a Thursday but they are closed again

Wonderful, friendly staff who are quick to help. Very knowledgeable and lots of products that you cannot find elsewhere in Bluewell. If you haven't been there I highly recommend you check ot out I guarantee a pleasant experience!
