We awoke to no hot water and our hot water heater not working. I called Topps Electronic Services that same morning and within four hours a technician was at my home diagnosing the problem, providing an estimate of costs, and scheduling the replacement of the water heater. Within 24 hours, the Topps technician was on site replacing the old water heater--that's expeditious service!! Topps Electronic Services is efficient, courteous, and professional with very reasonable rates. Very grateful! Would highly recommend this company!

This company came to my house and installed a new dishwasher today. The guy was super nice, professional, had it installed and ready to go in minutes. Request this company, if possible to install things you get from Lowe's :)

I would have gave no stars if I could have. They did fix the tv. I watched a video and the capacitors they replaced cost $1 each and would have took him 8 minutes to fix. The TV was dropped off 4 days ago, u have to pay a $26.50 diagnostic fee. Then they charged me $124 and some change. The paper they gave me said they would call and approve the estimate. No one called me. Very unhappy camper. Might as well have just bought a new TV!!!!

Topps quoted same price as Lowe’s did for removal of a washer and dryer, showing they are competitive.... This allows me to have time to clean the laundry room well before Lowe’s brings the new set. The hot water line was old and stuck. Topps took action and replaced the intake line valves in my wall. Topps was efficient and extremely professional along with a reasonable cost. I was very impressed with their work and am now in a good spot to install the new set. I highly recommend Topps and will next try their electronics service options as I have audio equipment that needs attention.... great company!

I want to give a big shout out to this awesome company. I've been waiting on a shower door for an entire year. I purchased my door at Lowe's and received poor care from the initial installers. This company drove 3 hours one way to install a shower door on 2 occasions. The installer was meticulous and did an excellent job. I received excellent care from the moment I spoke to Bill, the owner of the company.

I needed a leaking water tank replaced. Topps was contacted early morning and arrived within a few hours, after coming quite a long way! The two installers were very competent, courteous and careful in their work. Also nice to meet! They explained everything needing done and the benefits of doing it that way. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely contact them again if needed for other services, such as faucet replacement. Thanks!

Terrible experience dealing with them. Rude and vulgarly aggressive towards my wife over the phone. Gives an estimate and then changes it. Definitely on my avoid list now.

This place is going around gouging the elderly in Beckley. They are disrespectful with their attitude. They aren't even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend using their services. They don't deserve a 1 star rating.
