I have an extremely hard time finding shoes, being a woman with rather wide feet. I needed a new pair of shoes. I went in today looking for a simple pair of black tennis shoes. The clerk who helped me was amazing. I'm always embarrassed to ask for help. I wear 9.5 4E in men's shoes. Women's are never wide enough. He was super understanding and tried his best showing me multiple different styles to try on. I never once felt like I has odd feet for a woman. I left with a pair of black sketchers. My husband is now jealous after trying them on and wants a pair for himself. Thank you for not making me feel like "big foot". And making me feel like any other person coming in. I am so thankful.

Good service. Returned boots that I had that was too big, with no questions asked or no headache. Easy to deal with.

We were passing through and stopped for athletic slides which were priced incorrectly. The entire stock was mis-shelved…i.e., false advertising. The associate asked the manager if the listed price could be honored. The manager said,”no”, and actually accused us (or other customers) of switching the labels! We bought the shoes but challenging a business on their own erroneous stocking is not the customers fault so don’t be mad that we called you out on it. Bad attitudes. Get your staff together Barry! You all need all the business you can get at Mercy, I mean Mercer Mall.

No customer service, they wouldn't walk away from their station up front, ask a question, short, not really an answer.

I Can Not Really Recommend Nothing Because The Management And The Entire Staff And Security Team At Mercer Mall Is Very Professional On Every Level A Mall Should Or Could Be 100% And Then Some.
