Supposed to replace my back glass. This makes the 2nd time I've had an appointment canceled. First was on the insurance, 2nd was the guy called an said my van blew up , which I don't believe. I've been waiting 2 weeks to get my glass fixed.

First appointment they showed up even with rain forecasted just to make sure if they could or couldn't get it done. That was fantastic, I was immediately put back on schedule for 2 days later when no rain was in forecast. Arrived on time and was super quick to get job done. New windshield has had no issues since.

Don’t expect them to show up I waited a week for this appointment and they waited until the day of the appointment to call me and tell me that they weren’t coming and that I’d have to reschedule. Seems like the ton of bad reviews on here are true I’ll get my windshield replaced somewhere else.

I took my car to the Bluefield store and was in and out in less than 90 minutes with a brand new windsheild for my 2017 Highlander. The staff was very considerate and helpful during the entire process.
