About Quality Hotel and Conference Center Bluefield
Quality Hotel and Conference Center offers clean, cozy, and comfy rooms with amazing, comfortable beds and nice towels. The staff is described as amazing, sweet, kind, and helpful. The on-site restaurant and the New Ole 3 venue provide a great atmosphere. However, some guests note the continental breakfast is very limited, and issues with amenities like cable TV can occur. While many find their stay good or perfect, some reviews mention the property appears shopworn and in need of renovation, raising concerns about maintenance and security.
Rooms smell musty, pool shut down and can't go even sit in area. Food truck on site.
August 2026
This hotel needs a maintenance staff and a serious makeover. Front staff was very helpful. Pool was closed for the season at mid August, front lobby had an industrial fan running because the A/C was out.
July 2026
