Prompt, fast towing service late night, great price. What more could you ask for? In addition, The driver was helpful and thoughtful when helping me find a safe hotel to stay overnight, since I wasn’t familiar with the area. I appreciate the extra consideration to make sure I felt comfortable in an unfamiliar place.

Traveling from Michigan, I was stranded in Blue Field W.Va.. phoned that night and spoke to Jordan and scheduled a pick up in morning.Prompt and on time, even hooked me up with local shop. Then he hung around and waited while we located a rental car.He left while we waited and told us if we couldn't get there to call him back he would come pick us up and take us.Great guy, great customer service I don't think you'll find a better one..Thank you again..

A bearing blew out on our open utility trailer on I 77 on Saturday. We are from SC and had a load of tables being taken to a church in PA. We tried 6 other "24 hr" towing/mobile mechanic companies with no return calls or they weren't staffed to help. Thankfully we reached this one. They came out very quickly and towed the trailer. They also called a local repair place for us that allowed them to drop off the trailer for repair. East River went above and beyond and we are thankful.Services: Car towing

My car was broken down on I-77 and East River towing is who my insurance company contacted to come and get me. I know this is not an easy job, but Noah called and verified what type of vehicle I had to ensure it would fit on the tow truck and then was very efficient and accommodating upon arrival. Being stranded 300 miles from home is never easy and with Covid restrictions in play, he assisted me in getting my car to the repair shop as well as dropped me off at the hotel since there were no other options to get me off the interstate. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help in a time of need.

East River Towing is great! They are professional, work in a timely manner and very affordable. Their mechanic Greg is excellent also and he’s available after business hours!!
