Was offered a cheaper rate on the phone, then they wanted more, then they offered just a small increase. Told me exact amount but when I got my bill it was $15 higher. Then my next bill was $22 higher than that.($37 increase). Went to Xfinity/Comcast and they couldn't explain it or do anything. I think I will look for another carrier. THEY LIED

This is a garbage company. The service was horrible for the time we had it. When we moved to a address that they did not service we were told we would not have a early termination fee. But of course it was all lies and we received a bill for the fee. I would give 0 stars if I could. They also are slowing service down to sell u wifi extenders this was told to me by a person that works for them and advised to by ur own modems. If a company has areas that they don't service they break contract not the customer.

I have been calling Comcast since February 7th over an employee that keeps hacking my WiFi I pay for it and I can't even use it the Employee of theirs is Matt that works at the Greenville TN XFINITY STORE HE IS OBSESSED WITH ME HE ASKED ME OUT I SAID NO THEN THE NEXT DAY HE TOOK REMOTE CONTROL OF THE PHONE AND SHUT IT DOWN SO BEWARE BECAUSE I WON'T MEET UP WITH HIM HE HAS SHUT DOWN 8 PHONES OF MINE FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES COMCAST DOES NOT CARE

I like the xfinity internet so far they have help us connect the internet and did that underground cables and the customer service is very helpful also. And thank you and that tech guy Steven he was really nice and helpful too and got us set thank you

Very poor service…. I was prompted through an email to update my 2 receivers due to the fact it was old and some features would no longer work properly if I didn't update. The pictures of the items shown that I would receive was not the items I received. I received a large receiver which worked fine when hooked up. Then I received a tiny box which I could not get to work. So I contacted Xfinity. The wait time was 60 minutes but it only took a little over 30 minutes. I explained my issue about one working and the other not working. He did a boost to my frequency a couple of times and then said he would send out a service technician to see what the problem was. I explained there was nothing wrong with the service connection but the small box would not work. He then said he would send me a receiver which matched the other one I had received. I also informed him I had gone on the website to print a return label but my old equipment was not listed so I could not print a return label. We discussed how the closest store was over 1 hour away. He then recommended I be available when UPS brought my other receiver so I could send it back with them( still no return label but UPS would magically know what to do. ) at this point, I was placed on hold and he told me he was having technical issues on his end. He took my phone number in case we were disconnected. Somehow I got transferred back to the start where I was asked why I was calling. I explained I had already been working with someone for the last 1. 5 hours. She said she would transfer me to technical and was told I had another 60 minutes to wait. Of course, I got no return call from the person I was working with before. Very poor service and extremely disappointed. I hung up due to not having another 1.5 hours to waste.

I waited 45 minutes to finally talk to customer service. Once I did get to talk to someone they were very helpful.

A technician showed up at my house randomly and stated that my internet connection was really bad and he needed to replace my cord. He stated that this would be free of charge since I did not call them in. Now for weeks on end I have had a cord running down my yard because he didn't finish the job and bury it. I called Xfinity and they tried to charge us to have someone bury the cord after I was told from the technician that I would not be charged anything. Xfinity is scamming their customers. Simple as that!

if I could give them a - 90 review. If I could post without one star they wouldn't get that much. This company is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. Their billing system is set up to confuse people and make them believer they owe more than than they do. They are supposed to bill one month ahead, instead they bill a month and a half ahead and add a late charge 2 - 3 weeks before due date. They do this thinking you won't catch it. The system they have set up in corrupt.

If I could rate this company below zero I would. I have never done business with a company and individuals quite like this. Our order was placed for our equipment 4 times. We have had service man after service man out and they never have the equipment. I have been told it’s the offices fault, it’s the representative on the phone fault. No one is willing to accept responsibility at all. It’s the absolute worst company ever!!!! If I had another choice for cable and internet in my area I would certainly go with them!!!!! As far as home security I will never ever deal with them for any of that!!! This business is a complete joke!!!!!!! The worst part is you never can get a rep that can understand you or communicate effectively to resolve the issues.
