I had an appointment for an
Oil Change at 8am on Wednesday. My 2023 Nissan Murano was promptly taken back and finished quickly. The staff was courteous, friendly and very professional. This is our 5th Nissan and always have our service done at Cole Nissan.

Service was one done well, quickly, and staff is always very courteous! I removed one star, because of the badgering for a review. I received three text messages in less than one hour this morning asking me to provide feedback. Major nuisance! Also, prices could always be lower :-)

An unfortunate accident required a visit to the Bill Cole collision department following a vacation trip. Mike Sweeny and his team of experts quickly scheduled an appointment to repair my Acura TLX. The appointment and repair was completed within 2 weeks of the incident. The car looks brand new. I am grateful for the efficient service and excellent outcome.

Greg was very nice and addressed the issues with my daughter's car, he made sure everything was taken care of & followed up with texts and phone calls while the car was being serviced. Very easy to set up maintenance online. Great job!
