The buying experience was not stressful. The sales staff was great to work with. Due to it being late in the day we had to schedule a follow up detailing appointment. When I called ono day everyone I spoke with were so nice and got everything taken set up which is great since I drove over an hour to purchase the vehicle there.

Honestly, I’ve always dreaded buying a car. I’ve bought quite a few over the years and I’ve never had what I would consider a good experience. Chris changed that for me. I’ve had a lot of stresses in my life recently, and was dreading this whole process, but he made it incredibly easy. This is my 3rd Kia and if I purchase more it’ll be from this dealership

Staff personals are nice and polite (HOWEVER)
I am little upset with the service and lack of communication I had with Cole kia. First off they could have made a vehicle sale if they didn't seem so confident that they were going to be able to receive a brand new motor for my kia with the time line that was understood . They were very confident that I would be back on the road soon when I was back in town! As time got closer for my return back I had to call at least 3 times once per day to get someone to finally reach back out for an update and tell me it was on back order with no idea when to expect a new motor. I believe I should have been notified the second, once they knew. If I was notified, I could have still planned on buying a new vehicle however it was very last minute with my travels. So I bought a newer vehicle back home where I was visiting and knew the network of dealerships. I asked Cole kia to take the kia for a scrap price and they said no because I wasn't buying a car through them! So I had to get it towed from Bluefield WV to Columbus OH 1,700 Dollars later. Thanks for making my situation complex when it didn't need to be. Lack of communication was the big issue here.
Communication is key to matters/situations that are similar to mine. Lost a potential truck sale because that's what I was looking for once realized, I was technically stranded without any solution to bettering the problem last minute before my travels back up North.

Cole Kia is very professional and very helpful. Easy to work with. They told me everything that was wrong with my car before going forward with the work. I was disappointed that my warranty had just ran out last month. The mechanic was very nice and explained everything simple.

The sales staff, service department and everyone that i’ve encountered have been great! They literally go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of from answering any questions or concerns to making sure you're offered a drink while you wait. They make sure to keep you up dated on your service progress and make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
