A very good atmosphere, great customer service, excellent and personable staff. Had a very good experience. Highly recommend giving them a chance. I was glad I did.

Prompt, friendly service. But getting the appointment was difficult. I needed service for a safety recall and was told several times over a 2 month period that they didn't have the part. When I expressed my frustration, they suddenly had the part.
