People on here complaining should be ashamed ok so you didn't get wifi and had roaches they give you what they can afford at least they gave you shelter out of the cold the one saying they got a cold dinner just because a person in front of you got a hot lunch and you got a frozen one don't mean nothing except that they gave you what they could both of you are ungrateful the one saying they only got razors when they asked for food if they run out of food you won't get any same goes to the person saying they were told to wait 10 min they guy saying they took subs to there family just because he didn't get one grow up you have no idea how many they had who bought them or anything if any person on here got Any kind of help period should not complain at all you should be grateful for what you got and the fact that your complaining shows a lot about your character shows your lazy ungrateful and just wanting a hand out not a hand up

I have to give credit where credit is due. When I thought I was forgotten about, the Bluefield mission people came through to show that they care about people in Virginia and Mercer county. I thank you and appreciate you guys and ladies for your efforts. Merry Christmas and God Bless.

You said that you would shelter people and keep them warm. People who have cancer but then u deny them. I see people in high dollar cars take loads of food out but u don't help people who need help. I will never donate don't feel u r legit. Shame on you!!!!!

I'm grateful they paid for three nights for me, but there is no wifi or microwave where they put you up. Told them I have no money til my ssd check comes nor gas. Asked for a lunch, person in front got a hot lunch. She gave me frozen, I gave it back reminding her I had no way to heat it. Motel room walls and furniture were dirty, roaches, leaky toilet, and don't ask questions at the front because they don't want homeless to be seen. Linda made it quite clear that the weekend room and Monday night room was all i was getting from them.

This place always helps if you need something to eat, they help loads of people with clothing and furniture, a place to stay if they need it, kerosene if you need it, and they even give gas vouchers to people who need it for their medical apps or child's medical apps. I will forever be grateful for this place!

Went here today in search of some homeless help and when we got there we rang the bellan woman cracks the door and sticks only her head out asked what we needed and our names she then said at 10 contact this man I can't remember his name but we did and both times we called they refused to let us talk to him and claimed they can't help or won't idk. Either way I won't try get their help now more they aren't very Christian to me acting like that

The staff are amazing!! They are friendly, clean, and non judgemental. They serve you lunch everyday and a bag of groceries once a month per person. Sometimes they serve dinner.
