I called about prices a few months ago and despite saying im not interested at the moment they have called me nearly every other day while im sleeping from nightshift and are repeatedly emailing me. They are even emailing me stuff not related to cars, today i finally lit them up over email after they sent me a cheesecake recipe. 10/10 i would not even contact them for prices. Terry in lynchburg gave me tje information i wanted and left me alone the instant i said i was not interested at the moment, I'll go there whenever i do but.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this establishment and I will walk or catch the bus before I EVER purchase another vehicle from anything Bill Cole owns. I also will not support any of his restaurants or other endeavors. It does not matter if it's under manufacturer warranty or you have purchased an extended warranty, they do everything not to honor it. You can't even call and ask for someone in the service department and talk to someone in the service department because first you have to talk to whomever they've hired to answer the phone. This person wants to know what you need from the service department they contact the service department to get the answer, I guess it's too bad if you need to know more or have a follow up question. They can not tell you how much an oil change is, not the person who answers the phone or when you demand to speak to the service department, they can't tell you how much either. This was the problem with the 3rd vehicle we bought there, I said I wouldn't buy there again after the second, but it was during covid and there weren't many options. The first vehicle I bought there, there were problems with the engine and transmission and I took it up there 3 times, they took it for a ride on 460 and said there wasn't anything wrong with it. To get to Bluefield I have to drive up 3 mountains. They would not take that into consideration. My husband finally took care of the problem after he had to drive it to Bluefield and the hood was so hot you could not touch it. But after my husband got through with them and them not taking a woman seriously about issues with her vehicle, they took that one back and after my husband had some choice words for them we got a payment like we had and I had a vehicle that was just like my other one just a different color. But this was after they were trying to force me to take a cheaper version than what I had. But when your husband tells them he's gonna put put the one that the engine is about to blow up in through their showroom window, things tend to get done pretty fast. And just so you know, I wasn't trying to get one that was top of the line and completely loaded, just one that had the bells and whistles that my other one had. So my advice to anyone looking for a vehicle, even if you gave to drive further to get a brand that Bill Cole sales do it and don't think you can rely on their service departments. I wouldn't give any stars if that was possible.

Our experience at Bill Cole Nissan was outstanding. Charlie Fowler and Lonny made our new car buying experience smooth and seamless. They both went out of their way to treat us like family. We would highly recommend this dealership. We only wish they were closer for maintenance service, too.

I co-signed on car loan with my nephew on a 2018 Honda Civic in May 2023 at the lot on Stanford drive, but my nephew committed suicide in Nov 2023 leaving me with a car I did not need. I went back to Bill Cole auto mall and asked them how much they would give me to buy the car back. They had charged me $18000+ for the car 6 months earlier and it did have some minor damage to the rear fender and about 10K more miles on it but the blue book was 12-14K. They offered me $8500 for the same car they told me was worth $18000+ just 6 mos earlier. $10000 less and the only excuse they could give was ‘well it does have some damage we will have to fix’. So did you rip me off the first time Bill Cole or were you trying to rip me off the second time? Congratulations Bill Cole you have lived up to the stereotype of the sleazy used car salesmen. Shame on you!
