A year ago, one of your stylists did my perm, so I decided to get it done there again, even though the stylist was no longer there and another stylist was assigned to me. Today I was refused service 6/19/24 at 4:30pm, even though I waited days for the appointment, explained my situation by phone and the stylist let me sit past my appointment time before she even brought me back. I was shocked that she was so nasty to me before I could hardly get a word out. She claimed that the perm wouldn't take, but my hair was in the exact same condition last year when the other stylist successfully permed my hair. In fact, I have been getting perms for decades with varying degrees of organic henna remaining in my hair, and never had a problem. She was so loud and obnoxious, that everyone in the salon was watching. I had no choice but to leave, since no one would help me, and the humiliation was so great that I was in tears to be put on display like that! I felt like I committed a crime!

I had gotten my nails done on Saturday and the paint job was awful. They didn't add enough gel and my nails started peeling off 2 days after. Was never given a refund but tried to charge me for someone else to do it. Worst place to get your nails done

They messed up my best friends hair didn't cut or dye it right and my cousins hair is totally not the ombre she wanted and had dye all over her face very disappointed

The spot you have to sit in is hard to get in and out of for a pedi. Safety risk. The place is very nice and the staff are friendly.

Taylar Page at beauty concepts is absolutely amazing! She has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and I am happy every time I leave her chair! Had a terrible experience. Was given a girl that was learning and wasn’t told about it. We had went to go get prom nails and left out the fact that the lady doing ours wasn’t skilled. Had to pay $50 each for these ugly nails.Service: Manicure
