This bank is the absolute worst for trying to speak with someone on the phone, they never answer nor do they call you back, with the exception of angela she has always been great to me.

In branch banking is great but trying to get anyone on the phone or a call back is terrible. I even made an appointment through their online portal for a callback and never received one. Leaving voicemails has also not worked.
