I have always received good service from Walgreens in Berkeley Springs WV. They are a pleasure to deal with with fast courteous competent sevice. They take the time to answer my questions and are a wealth of information. The Drive thru pharmacy is excellent too.

Walgreens in Berkeley Springs WV has always shown me much respect, quick service, and willing to work through insurance issues.

The staff here are very short. They work very hard but can't keep up. I realize it's a staffing issue. Perhaps Walgreens corporate should do everything they can to compensate the staff better, they work hard but are overwhelmed.
