Store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and polite. Will be coming back here again on my next long drive.

Had a interview there two weeks ago they had told me they would email me still haven't gotten an email ,I have called several times and they say the same thing, wouldn't recommend apply here , they judge and if u are quite u will not get hired , as my friend was told , this place is a joke they only hire if they like u

Horrible management, forces employees to come to work sick or get fired, then call you at home on a holiday to tell you your fired for being sick what a rotten organization to work for!!!

This location has gone downhill. Gas prices used to be competitive and food wasn't too bad, but it takes ~20 minutes to get food if you order inside, because it seems like mobile orders get priority? There's no pattern. 830, then 860, 5 people walk in and get their food before you. For the price you pay, you might as well drive by and go to a fast food joint.. at least your road trip isn't delayed by a half hour.
Staff are nice though, gotta give them credit for that.

Good variety of made to order food. Clean bathrooms. Took quite awhile to get the food, but it was good.

It would be quite nice if Sheetz turned the outdoor music down by at least 50% at each of their locations, but at this location in particular, it seems to me to be completely unnecessary to be blasted by aggressively bombastic music in the middle of the night. Is it really necessary to promote your young, hip, party atmosphere to the deer and all other nocturnal wildlife a quarter of a mile away? We're happy to have Sheetz in our community and they have been good community partners. They certainly provide adequate services for traveling families and groups of bikers, etc. I can even overlook the mountains of trash spread around the countryside that is generated by such a place. However, the shock to the senses of a midnight rock concert in the middle of "wild and wonderful" West "by God" Virginia seems particularly unjustified, in my opinion. But maybe I am just over sensitive.
UPDATE: Over that last several months we have noticed that the outdoor gas station music has been set at a much more reasonable level, and hasn't been echoing through the valley at night. THANK YOU.
2024 UPDATE: The free midnight outdoor rock concerts ARE BACK, for anyone who is interested in that sort of thing.

My hubby & I were there 11-26-2023 @ around 3am. The young lady and gentlemen that was working went above and beyond with helping us! I wanted to thank them again for all there help! The hot dogs were also good! Thank you from the ones going to florida
