Berkeley Springs Brewing Co
110 Michigan Ln, Berkeley SpringsThe blonde ale I had with dinner was good but the Apple Butter Ale I took home to-go is even better. The food also hit the spot; large portion for a very reasonable price. It's also dog-friendly if you stop in while on a walk or hike.

Coolfont Resort
3621 Cold Run Valley Rd, Berkeley SpringsGorgeous spot that looks to still be growing. Absolutely want to come back to hike, kayak, and swim since we were exploring nearby and weren't able to do much at the resort this trip. Some of the roads need to be replaced, so if you have a sedan or low vehicle be aware of that Hopefully their restaurant will be finished when we're back next, in the meantime they give you a nice print out of local options.
The A-frame cabins themselves are really nice. It would be nice for all of them to have fire pits but understand that'd be difficult to do and the website does let you know single cabins do not have them.
Inside stocking some more toiletries and an extra blanket would be a good idea. The roll of toilet paper was less than half full and there was not any stocked anywhere inside so we had to go to the front office for it & an extra blanket on the loft or in the dresser would have been a little better for this cold sleeper.

Give Purrs A Chance
51 Independence St, Berkeley SpringsMy mom and I visited here yesterday and we're blown away by the staff and the facility. The facility was clean and the cats roamed freely amid loads of toys, beds, and visitors. All the cats seemed well cared for and the staff was amazing! The staff went out of their way to answer any questions and were super friendly! If you are looking for a new feline buddy ( or two) you need to stop by and see the amazing cats here...there is an admission fee that goes directly to the care of the cats and is good for all day admission. There is a gift shop and amazing artwork for sale. There are plenty of seating options...well appreciated for my elderly mom. If you just love cats and want to spend some time just sitting and petting cats this is the place for you! All in all its just an amazing place! Highly recommend!
