Awesome connection speeds and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Morgan Wireless. I was in a perpetual loop of internet hell with Frontier until switching to Morgan.The service tech went above and beyond when installing, he listened to my concerns and made the whole experience very easy. Customer service is great and they really do care about customer satisfaction, unlike other providers who only care when you threaten to terminate service.If you have a view of the mountains, check out Morgan Wireless!

Bought our new home in Berkeley Springs in April 2023. We initially contacted Morgan Wireless to see if they could provide internet to our home as Frontier and Comcast did not. They did a site survey that very week and let us know that they could service us. Once we moved in, I gave them another call to do the install and they were here within a week to get us connected. Everyone at Morgan Wireless has been very friendly, professional, and answered any and all questions we have had. It has been just over a month with their service and I have 0 complaints. Our download speeds are consistently over 100 Mbps. We are able to stream 4k videos, play games online and browse the internet with no problem.

I just bought a house in lower Morgan County and I reached out to Morgan Wireless in the hope that I am in their service area. Unfortunately, not yet. That means my only option is AT&T 4G through a reseller. Morgan Wireless's owner and I talked about how to optimize that service while I wait for either MW or some other option to become available. They came up with a great solution for a roof mounted antenna that doubled my download speed and raised my upload speed by 10x! Great results. And the most amazing thing is this wasn't even for their service. If they provide this kind of service for their ISP customers, Morgan Wireless is a great choice.

I've been calling for 4 months to see if the map on their website was accurate for service. The lady I spoke to said I needed to put in for a site evaluation and call back.I filled the form out online, called back at the end of the week and was told they were doing maintenance so I'd need to call back at the end of the month.Call back in a month and am told to wait a few more weeks.Call back the final time and am told they don't service my address. It would have been nice if the lady had told me the very first time I called and supplied my address that they didn't service more than 9 miles out from a tower. Their website tool says differently so it is very misleading.

Living in a mountain has always made internet unaffordable and even extremely lacking at such a high price. Morgan Wireless is a blessing!! At a rate comparable to in town offers, I've never had internet services work so well. With the friendly, family type customer-representative interactions,.. I couldn't ask for more or better. I recommend Morgan Wireless to Everyone! A growing business, which is proving the strength of their anchor, with Great service and reliability.

I have been set up with these guys about a month now. Excellent Excellent quality, service, and pricing!This is a great local buisness. I like to support local buisness and the best thing is these guys have blown frontier, and any other provider I have been able to get in Backcreek Valley out of the water. A couple weeks after install I was working in my garage and bumped the power chord, and Jeff reach out to me asking if I was having internet issues before I even realized I had caused one. He helped me resolve it and has provided top notch service from day 1. Could not speak any higher of these guys!!! Make the switch today. (Keep up the Great work Morgan Wireless team)

After multiple ignored phone calls and several “we might be able to do an install soon” copouts, I will be waiting for Starlink (SpaceX’s satellite internet that is currently giving beta customers 3x the speed of these guys). Unless you want to deal with quite possibly the slowest contact-to-installation process in history, I suggest you do too.

Wont do business with me. I have done called them after they put flyers at my house. They told me I have to check on there website to see if they will can cover me. I have done that, that checks out im covered by them but they havent called me. And every time I have called them they dont answer.

The first 4 reviews that are 5 stars are people that work for Morgan Wireless. Couldn't get the service at my address so I signed up for Starlink beta from SpaceX & I can say without doubt that they will put small DSL companies like this one out of business. 50-100Mbps even when covered in 8inches of snow. 4K streaming? No issue.Update 5/7: Just downloaded the 150Gb of iCloud video/photos I have in less than 3hrs. Yeah I’d say pretty darn reliable. Fluctuates some but generally minimum speeds are 45Mb/sec top speeds 250Mb/sec. average of 125Mb/secElon Musk will eat this companies lunch ?

Anxious to become a new customer. Spoke to Jeff and he'll have me hooked up soon. Can't wait. Very good customer service and took the time to explain everything to me.Update: They were not able to help me. The closest tower that they promised would provide me service was a bust.
