Keith went above and beyond what most agents would do to help sell my farm. He put in many extra hours outside of a normal work day. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would not hesitate to go back to him if I sold property again. I would definitely reccomend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Our car broke down as we were passing through Berkeley Springs. We had to work on the car and wait for a tow in the parking lot of Coldwell Banker Premier. The employees were so nice and hospitable to us. They brought us water and offered to help with anything they could. Thank you for your hospitality, it was greatly appreciated!

We have been searching for a weekend vacation home in Berkeley Springs, and Victoria, our real estate agent, has been an amazing resource. She's lived in Berkeley Springs for a long time, and many of the properties we looked at, she had been in before. In some cases she knew the neighbors or the families who owned them. She was very flexible and accommodating, and was a wealth of knowledge about the area and properties. Can't recommend highly enough.
