Great and friendly company. Responsive and went out of their way to accommodate scheduling the installation of a new tank and lines. Amanda was awesome with scheduling the installation and Jake the service tech was a pleasure to work with!

Amanda did a great job scheduling connection and install of underground tank on tight timelines. She was always pleasant and professional and made the process worthwhile. Jake was the point man on getting the technical elements together out in the field. Friendly, willing to take time to provide information needed for site prep and to make final connections. All in all Blue Flame in Berkeley Springs is top notch.

I was with a national gas provider and the service was terrible. I called Blue Flame and spoke with Amanda and she explained how to get a new tank from them and cheaper gas. I signed up a few months later, but wish I had done it right away. Amerigas didn't tell me I could return a half full tank, or I 'd have done this immediately! Love Blue Flame and my lower prices. HIGHLY recommend!!

Came here for IdentoGo services and the females that work here are very welcoming, easy to work with and quick to get you in and out to enjoy the rest of your day. They definitely should have 5 stars across the board! We will be back for sure for all our needs they offer!

I bought a propane heater from Lowe's and asked to have it installed by Blue flame and they would not install it since they hadn't sold it. So I paid a separate installer to put it in and had blue flame bring more tanks as I would be using more propane. I have been doing business with them for over 40 years. The last time they filled up my tanks it was $4.50 a gallon. This should not be a gasoline price. I looked around and switched to Heller gas out of Hagerstown where I got my propane for $2.79 a gallon. Now I'm in the position of blue flame not picking up the old tanks, which have $400 worth of propane in them. They are telling me they don't know when they can pick them up. So they have $400 worth of my money sitting in tanks in my backyard I can't use. There seems to be no way to talk to someone in a position of power.

Has been my supplier for more than a dozen years. Never a problem with deliveries, very courteous and friendly office staff. Have also had service done and again all great. Had one emergency on a Friday mid winter, and came out in a couple hours after asking. All positive.

I switched to Heller's, was promised a better price. I am back with Blue Flame and will not leave again, I learned my lesson! Heller's does this thing called "price creeping", so I ended up paying more in the end. I also own my own tank, waited for Heller's to "automatically" deliver to me this winter. What a joke! After letting me run out, I called Blue Flame's afterhours number and spoke to Jake. He was AMAZING! He walked me through everything I needed to do. Also, I asked for Heller's to service my heater, what another joke - they don't provide service. Well, Blue Flame does for their customers and they won't let me run out of gas...again, lesson learned. Blue Flame, Jake - thank you!
